Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who uses the QatarZak website or contacts us on WhatsApp to request a service, partner with us or enquire about marketing. By using the service you accept them.

1. What QatarZak is

QatarZak is a service referral and lead generation platform. We receive requests from customers and pass them to independent service providers (“Providers”) who cover the relevant service and area. We also offer digital marketing services to businesses.

2. Independent providers

All services are carried out by independent Providers, not by QatarZak. Providers are separate businesses or individuals. They are not employees, agents or partners of QatarZak in a legal sense. Any quote, schedule, contract, invoice, warranty or guarantee is agreed directly between you and the Provider, and the Provider alone is responsible for the quality, safety and legality of their work.

3. No fee to customers

We do not charge customers for making a request or receiving a quote. You pay the Provider directly for any work you agree to. Providers may compensate QatarZak for referrals; this does not change the price you are quoted.

4. What we do and do not promise

• We try to match requests with suitable Providers, but we do not guarantee that a Provider will be available for every request, area or time.
• We do not guarantee the outcome, quality, timing or price of any work performed by a Provider.
• Information on this website, including service descriptions, FAQs and blog articles, is general guidance and not professional advice.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about the job and your location.
• Agree price and scope with the Provider before work starts and keep a written record (WhatsApp works well).
• Comply with any building, compound or municipal rules that apply to the work.

6. Problems with a job

If something goes wrong, contact the Provider first, then message us on the same WhatsApp thread. We will follow up and, where a Provider repeatedly falls short, stop referring work to them. We cannot compel a Provider to refund or redo work, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

7. Providers and partners

Providers who receive leads from us agree to respond promptly, quote honestly, carry the licences and insurance their trade requires in Qatar, and treat customer information confidentially. Partnership terms, including any referral arrangements, are agreed separately in writing.

8. Digital marketing services

Marketing work for business clients is governed by the written scope and proposal agreed for that engagement. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of marketing results.

9. Website content

The website, its text, logo and design belong to QatarZak. You may link to any page. Do not copy content for commercial use without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QatarZak is not liable for any loss or damage arising from services performed by Providers, from reliance on website content, or from unavailability of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount, if any, you paid QatarZak for the relevant service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
